Quantitative Trader

A leading ETFs and cryptocurrency trading firm is seeking an accomplished quantitative trader to play a pivotal role in building a complete trading desk from the ground up. This position offers the flexibility to be based in the Miami office or work fully remotely, with the opportunity to design strategies, infrastructure, and execution from day one. Responsibilities Build and operate a complete trading desk from the ground up. Design and implement trading strategies, infrastructure, and execution from day one. Qualifications Proven experience in establishing and managing a trading desk. Strong track record in ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and/or other liquid asset classes such as equities, futures, options, or FX. Demonstrated ability to achieve a Sharpe ratio of 3.0 or higher. Deep expertise in developing and executing systematic trading strategies.
