Quantitative Trader - Tier 1 Crypto Fund

Venture Search is currently partnered with a top-tier Crypto Native Trading firm based in Hong Kong, looking for an experienced Quantitative Trader to join their Market Making Desk. The firm has offices in APAC, Europe and the U.S. and is looking to expand throughout 2026.

They are looking for talented individuals with backgrounds in Crypto, Options or High Frequency Market Making, who are looking to join a collaborative environment, working with an exceptional high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement HFT systematic strategies.
• Collaborate with quant researchers and developers to enhance existing strategies.
• Direct management of risk and PnL.
• Investigate real-time data, market trends, and pricing inefficiencies to inform trading decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Quantitative Trading across crypto, options or delta one.
• A proven and profitable track record for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Master's or PhD in a relevant subject.
