Job Description
- Work out on the floor daily with production personnel
- Run the R&D Department, getting involved in various reliability testing
- Lead lean and CI projects, improving quality control
- Work with the Tool and Die manager
- Improve process flow and layout out on the floor
- Work with senior leadership on efficiency improvements
- Maintain and make adjustments to fabrication machinery

The Successful Applicant
- Industrial engineering or similar technical degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
- Experience with general fabrication - CNC, Lathes, mills, bending, presses, etc
- Familiarity with Tool and Die making
- Familiarity with quality control
- Strong Lean/CI experience
- Experience with wood, metal, and plastic fabrication a plus
- Exposure to electrical schematics a plus
