R&D Work
(1) Designs, develops, and optimizes next-generation technology platforms.
(2) Designs and executes experiments to characterize T cell phenotype and function.
(3) Isolates, cultures, and genetically modifies immune cells derived from tumor tissues.
(4) Isolates and establishes tumor cell lines from tumor tissues.
(5) Performs data compilation, analysis, interpretation, and archiving; troubleshoots and resolves issues encountered during research.
(6) Contributes to patent applications, scientific manuscript publications, and research grant applications.
1.
Education: Ph.D. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology;
2.
Experience: Outstanding recent Ph.D. graduates may be considered. 1–3 years of R&D experience in the biotechnology industry, and experience with Hong Kong-based research projects or grant applications, are preferred.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in isolating tumor cells or tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs);

Experience with viral vector packaging and transduction; prior experience in CAR-T or TCR-T field is preferred;
6.
Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners. Strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to drive R&D projects independently to completion.
