Rail Transit Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a CBTC Systems Engineer - Rail & Transit. Key Responsibilities Meet with agency staff to identify operations, maintenance, and safety goals for a new signaling system Develop contract documents and requirements for the new signaling system Interface with contractors to discuss feasibility of solutions and support procurement of CBTC contractors Required Qualifications 4-year degree in Engineering or related field with 15+ years of related engineering experience, preferably in the rail sector Professional registration (PE) is desirable Experience in project management, change management, maintenance management, asset management, and/or operations management consulting Broad general engineering background with previous supervisory experience in a project engineering role Knowledge of rail industry standards, practices, and regulations is desirable
