About our client

Our client is a leading investment platform based in Bahrain, with a diversified real estate portfolio across a range of sectors and countries. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to take responsibility for a multi-asset portfolio, focusing on performance improvement, financial oversight, and operational coordination. What the job involves

• Overseeing the operational and financial performance of a diversified real estate portfolio across Bahrain and the wider MENA region

• Coordinating with property managers and service providers to ensure high standards of operations and tenant satisfaction

• Managing leasing activity, rent collection, and tenant relationships in line with local regulations

• Developing financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting at asset and portfolio level

• Reviewing valuations, monitoring key metrics, and supporting governance and audit processes

• Managing relationships with external stakeholders, operators, and advisors

• Identifying value creation opportunities, including repositioning, capital expenditure, and leasing strategies Who we are looking for

• Experience in the GCC real estate market, in asset / portfolio management, transactions, or professional services

• Track record across multiple real estate asset classes

• Strong financial modeling and accounting knowledge

• Fluency in Arabic is essential, with strong English communication skills

• Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded approach #LI-OG1
