We are currently working with one of the largest investors in the world who are rapidly growing a new business in Dallas. This business is a full-service real estate credit solutions provider that manages a multi-billion dollar book.

The team that we are recruiting for in Dallas is focused on transactions and investment. The role is a full-cycle, market-facing front office investment role that will have responsibility for deal sourcing, structuring, underwriting and full execution before being passed off internally to a separate asset management team to be managed and serviced for the duration.

In terms of specific openings, we are looking to make two hires at either the Analyst or Associate level (Analyst 1-2 years experience, Associate 3-5) as well as at least one hire at the Vice President level (6-8 years of experience).
