Real Estate Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support the development and management of their global real estate portfolio through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual Long Range Plan and ongoing portfolio reforecasting efforts through model building

Produce financial models for transaction scenarios and final deal financials for decision-making

Lead the development of AI-enabled financial models and automate transaction models for reporting

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of finance experience in Corporate Real Estate or related fields

Proficient in advanced financial analysis and modeling using Excel or Google Sheets

Familiarity with real estate accounting concepts and lease accounting standards

Experience building template models and leveraging AI tools for financial modeling

Familiarity with workplace metrics and basic lease concepts is a plus
