As Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you drive expansion and portfolio optimization across European markets, focusing on omnichannel growth and financially resilient stores. You’ll lead cross-functional projects to open, relocate, or close sites while safeguarding brand standards and profitability. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to evaluate locations, layouts, and ROI, traveling to verify sites and align market strategies. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on portfolio management to enable sustainable growth and brand presence.
Pay / Benefits
- Develop and execute omnichannel expansion strategy for selected European markets
- Manage and optimise the existing real estate portfolio to elevate store experiences
- Oversee openings, relocations, rebuilds and closures across markets
- Lead projects and coordinate stakeholders to deliver quality, efficient outcomes
- Set and monitor P&L, market KPIs, sales projections, ROI, and multichannel analysis
- Act as primary contact for expansion-related matters and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with interior, construction, sales, and leasing teams to evaluate business cases
- Travel to verify locations and align market strategy with portfolio actions
- Represent COS as a brand ambassador in external partnerships
- Identify future business development opportunities aligned with retail and fashion trends
Tasks
- 5+ years in the retail property sector (leasing experience with a retailer preferred)
- Experience working with external business partners
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven organisational, analytical and decision-making abilities
- Commercial mindset and ability to interpret market data
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment
