Real Estate Portfolio Strategy Manager

About the role

As a Real Estate Portfolio Strategy Manager for the APAC region, you will be responsible for managing the market and location strategies for a dedicated portfolio of international properties. Your primary objective will be to strategically position our clients in the optimal locations, ensuring the right size at the right time.

What you'll do

• Develop and advise on strategic plans for optimizing client property portfolios across APAC.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, and financial models, collaborating with Transactions Management.
• Lead portfolio and location strategy discussions, including critical dates calls, providing strategic recommendations.
• Identify off-cycle real estate opportunities focused on optimization, cost savings, and future requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong internal network with regional brokerage leaders for market insights and proactive client recommendations.
• Maintain recurring check-ins with internal and external stakeholders to stay informed on all portfolio projects.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of strategy principles to complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
• Proven experience building executive-level business cases and narratives with clear insights and recommendations.
• High-level proficiency in various financial model types and a strong understanding of financial analysis.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources.
• A client-first mentality with a proactive approach to delivering world-class solutions.
