Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, based in the Philippines. You will own end-to-end recruiting for roles across multiple functions at RZR, including Analytics, Operations, and Engineering, and serve as the primary talent partner for hiring managers across the business.

This is a high-ownership individual contributor role. You will run your own desk from intake to offer close, build sourcing strategies from scratch, and help shape how RZR attracts top talent in the Philippines and beyond. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong command of the Philippine talent market, and the drive to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

You will report into the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with hiring managers across RZR's global offices. This role sits at the center of RZR's growth plans in the Philippines and offers a real opportunity to build something lasting.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting cycle for assigned roles: partner on intake, build sourcing strategy, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and close offers

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and design structured, efficient interview processes

Source passive candidates proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach tailored to the local market

Manage candidate pipelines with a high standard of communication and timely feedback at every stage

Maintain clean, accurate records in Greenhouse, including postings, candidate stages, and pipeline data

Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire

Represent RZR at local hiring events and contribute to employer branding in the Philippines

Identify friction points in the recruiting process and drive improvements that benefit candidates and the business

Required Skills and Experience

3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at a technology company or fast-growing startup

Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates across multiple functions (engineering, analytics, operations, or similar)

Hands-on experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred

Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and talent mapping

Strong written and verbal communication in English; confident advising and pushing back on hiring managers when needed

Deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market, local compensation benchmarks, and regional hiring practices

Comfortable managing 10 to 15 open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience quality

High attention to detail, especially around ATS data hygiene and process consistency
