About the Opportunity
We are a recruitment partner working with a company building a cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, currently at an early stage.
The team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator / HR Assistant to support hiring processes and candidate communication while the company builds its core leadership team.
This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, communication, and supporting recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Manage calendars and ensure smooth interview processes
- Support communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies
- Track candidate pipelines and status updates
- Ensure alignment between agencies and internal team
Candidate Experience
- Act as a main point of contact for candidates
- Provide timely updates and maintain clear communication
- Support a smooth and professional candidate journey
Recruitment Support
- Assist with job postings and candidate tracking
- Maintain internal documentation and hiring records
- Support reporting on hiring progress
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years of experience in:
- recruiting coordination / HR support / talent operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable managing processes and follow-ups
Nice to Have
- Experience working with recruitment agencies
- Experience in startup / fast-paced environments
- Exposure to fintech / crypto / tech companies
