A leading multinational organisation seeks a Finance Business Partner (Manager grade) to support regional operations across APAC and Hong Kong.
The role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with regional leadership, finance control teams, and HQ in Europe, with a strong emphasis on commercial insight, regional performance management, and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage regional management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for APAC and Hong Kong, delivering clear insights to drive business decisions
- Apply AI-enabled and digital solutions to streamline reporting processes and address complex or manual workflows
- Facilitate and lead regular financial cadence meetings with regional business stakeholders
- Review monthly financial performance and collaborate with the Financial Control team on accruals, adjustments, and special journals
- Assess business cases and commercial contracts, and provide financial support throughout deal execution
- Partner with finance and non-finance teams across APAC, China, and European HQ in a matrix environment
- Operate effectively within complex reporting structures and multiple systems
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant finance role
- Strong regional exposure across APAC; experience working with China stakeholders is highly preferred
- Solid background in finance business partnering within large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and digital platforms for reporting and analysis
- Comfortable working with manual processes and imperfect data
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior and cross‑regional stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and competing priorities
- CPA qualification is required
