Our client is a US-listed lifescience organization with its regional headquarters based in Singapore. Due to continued business growth and regional expansion, they are looking to appoint a Regional FP&A Director to support operations across APAC and the Middle East.
This is a highly visible strategic finance leadership role partnering closely with senior commercial and operational stakeholders across multiple markets. Acting as a trusted business partner, the successful candidate will drive financial performance, provide strategic commercial insights, and support key decision-making initiatives to enable sustainable business growth across the region.
The role will lead the full spectrum of financial planning and analysis activities, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, revenue projections, and regional performance analysis. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the position will play an instrumental role in shaping business strategy by partnering with regional leadership teams on market expansion plans, commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, investment evaluation, and resource allocation decisions.
The role will also work closely with global finance teams on financial governance, reporting standards, revenue recognition, and compliance matters, while driving process improvements and enhancing overall business performance across the region. This opportunity offers strong visibility to regional and global leadership, with regular involvement in executive reporting, business reviews, and strategic growth discussions.
Ideally, you are a degree holder in Accounting or Finance or professionally qualified (ACCA/CPA/CA) with 15 years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience within multinational organizations, together with strong regional exposure. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to partner effectively with commercial leadership teams, influence strategic business decisions, lead complex budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance management processes. Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment are essential. Prior experience within healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, pharmaceutical or related sectors will be viewed favourably.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader seeking a commercially focused regional role within a fast-paced, innovation-driven healthcare environment.
