About the Role
We are seeking a manager, hands-on FP&A professional with experience in Big 4 audit and FP&A within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences. This individual contributor role focuses on leveraging AI and advanced analytics. Ensure compliance with internal controls, FP&A, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across multiple countries.
- Use AI and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan) to automate reporting and uncover trends.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to provide financial guidance.
- Assist in process improvements and digitalisation initiatives for FP&A
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
- 10 years FP&A experience, ideally in medical, pharma, or life sciences.
- Experience with AI/analytics tools, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and FP&A platforms.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
