Key Responsibilities Supervise and provide guidance to a team of Risk Management Consultants, ensuring operational and financial goals are met Develop and execute service plans to reduce policyholder loss exposure and improve client retention Manage risk management activities and collaborate with various departments to support a profitable book of business Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in occupational safety or related field, with eight years of relevant experience, five in workers' compensation Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Must meet state provider qualifications for assigned territories Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
