ClickUp is seeking a results-driven second-line RVP, Enterprise Sales (EMEA) to lead and scale our high-performing enterprise sales team across the region. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping ClickUp’s growth trajectory, building a world-class team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences as we unify productivity for millions of users worldwide. This is a second-line leadership role: your direct reports will be frontline enterprise sales leaders who each manage account executives and/or regional teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven track record in SaaS enterprise sales, a passion for coaching and developing talent, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
