Key Responsibilities

Provide advice and support to clients and financial advisors on securities transactions and investment needs

Analyze and process investment transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Deliver exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and promoting client retention

Required Qualifications

FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses

Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience

Expert knowledge of investment products and tax implications

Ability to handle a high volume of calls with accuracy
