Mercor is seeking an Analytics & Business Intelligence Expert to enhance AI research efforts remotely. Utilize your advanced SQL skills and data analysis expertise to drive impactful results.

As a contract role with Mercor, you'll apply your analytical skills to develop long-horizon tasks and evaluate AI performance. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on metric design, experimentation, and A/B testing. You'll work independently, ensuring thorough evaluations that align with established benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build analytics tasks to assess AI performance

• Develop scenarios for ad-hoc analysis and experimentation

• Create precise SQL queries and A/B test metrics

• Design funnel and cohort analyses for numerical outputs

• Collaborate asynchronously to improve AI models

Requirements:

• BS or MS in a quantitative discipline

• Minimum of 3 years as a data/BI analyst

• Expertise in advanced SQL and BI-tool development

• Proficient in analytics artifacts and communication

• Ability to construct clear analytical rubrics
