Base Pay Range

$155,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high‑quality insights and reporting.
• Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical models.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $155,000 – $165,000 annually
