Remote - travel on east coast may be required

  • Candidates must live on the east coast.

General team size/dynamics Teams of 3-6 folks across levels including junior analysts (offshore / onshore). The consultant will play a Manager role - managing junior analysts, clients, work streams and seeking guidance from the engagement director

Skills Required

  • Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning
  • Advanced SQL and Python/R proficiency
  • Experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets
  • Data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience working in cloud-based data environments
  • Understanding of pharma commercial models (brand, specialty, rare disease)
  • Experience with sales force effectiveness, targeting, and segmentation
  • Knowledge of patient journey and claims-based analytics
  • Experience supporting product launch and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with common pharma data assets (e.g., claims, NPA, customer, labs

etc.)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in commercial analytics
  • Ability to build rapid prototypes, POCs, and MVP analytics solutions
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Proposal and business development experience
  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Experience with presentation building and storyboarding
  • Experience managing work streams
  • Collaborative, client-facing mindset with structured problem solving
