Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable blockchain solutions. Write, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity and other relevant languages. Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and integrate them with blockchain networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications. Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and protocols. Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and security. Troubleshoot and debug blockchain applications and smart contracts. Ensure the integrity and security of blockchain data. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in blockchain development. Contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing within the development team. Work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Solidity and experience with smart contract development. Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or other blockchain platforms. Experience developing decentralized applications (dApps). Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security best practices. Knowledge of Web3 development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ethers.js). Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Go. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills for a remote team environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
