Responsibilities:

• Craft advanced chemistry challenges to evaluate the performance of AI systems (including chemical engineering, biochemistry, etc.).
• Provide detailed, systematic solutions grounded in logical reasoning.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for precision and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve benchmarks across a range of chemistry topics from undergraduate to PhD levels.

Requirements:

• PhD (completed or in progress) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in advanced chemistry concepts.
• Excellent ability to articulate complex ideas through written communication and provide constructive feedback.
• No previous AI experience necessary.
