Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling on large datasets to identify trends and insights.

• Translate business questions into analytical problems, developing appropriate methodologies and metrics for evaluation.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.

• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.

• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science community.

• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new features and strategies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning)
