Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. Responsibilities include performing equipment installations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role requires traveling to various client locations to meet project and support needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Field Service operations, including installation and maintenance of specialized equipment.
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities to address and resolve equipment issues effectively.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field, preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
