Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

Perform financial analysis, forecasting, and statistical reviews to support business operations and strategic planning. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for leadership. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support new business initiatives and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and clinical teams to support financial and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze financial data and departmental performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Support strategic planning efforts, including environmental assessments and long-term growth strategies.
  • Serve as a financial liaison for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead financial and strategic projects across the organization.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements within finance by streamlining reporting and increasing operational efficiency.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, forecasting, or strategic roles

  • Master’s degree (MBA, Healthcare Administration, or related) preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or similarly complex environments preferred

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Join a dynamic environment and have the opportunity to work with one of the largest healthcare providers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
