We are seeking experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) and practical experience to utilize their expertise in shaping how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making processes. As we build our team of finance experts, your opportunities for growth will expand as well.
In this role, you will:
- Review and enhance AI Assistant responses regarding macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Leverage your education and professional experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of the AI Assistant's outputs.
- Challenge the models with complex real-world scenarios and edge cases to identify their reasoning strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the intelligence and reliability of each new version of the AI.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline.
- A Master's or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred.
- Relevant backgrounds may include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities:
- Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems to evaluate their outputs.
- Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises related to finance management.
- A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
