We are excited to expand into a new domain - enhancing AI Assistant models to become indispensable for finance professionals. We are seeking seasoned finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA+) and considerable professional experience to leverage their expertise in guiding how AI comprehends financial principles and decision-making.
As a member of our growing team of finance specialists, you will have numerous opportunities for growth and impact. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and enhancing AI Assistant responses regarding macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Utilizing your education and experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of outputs from AI Assistants.
- Challenging the models with complex, real-world scenarios and identifying strengths and weaknesses in their reasoning.
- Providing clear and structured feedback to continually improve the AI's performance and reliability.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Expert-level financial reasoning and formal education in a finance-related discipline.
- A Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred.
- Relevant backgrounds in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities:
- Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their answers.
- Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of outputs produced by AI models.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- A keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning tasks.
- A current, ongoing, or completed Master's or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
