We are currently entering an exciting new domain, focusing on training AI Assistant models to cater to finance professionals. We are looking for seasoned finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and relevant professional experience to help guide AI in comprehending financial principles and decision-making.
As we expand our team, numerous opportunities will arise for growth and involvement. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Assess and enhance AI Assistant responses to inquiries about macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Utilize your expertise to evaluate the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant outputs.
- Challenge the models with intricate real-world scenarios and edge cases to identify their reasoning capabilities and limitations.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to refine each new AI version to become smarter and more reliable.
To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline. A Master’s or PhD will give you an edge, but it is not a strict requirement. Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities:
- Present AI chatbots with a variety of complex issues and critically evaluate their responses.
- Assess the quality of AI-produced outputs for precision and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented and proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analytics.
- A current, in progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
