Role Overview

We are seeking talented Investment Banking professionals to work closely with our researchers to enhance AI model performance. Utilize your expertise in M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modeling, and deal structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. Your Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models concerning investment banking topics including M&A deal analysis, LBO modeling, accretion/dilution analysis, and pitch book creation.
• Develop rubrics to assess model capabilities across various tasks such as deal structuring, valuation (including DCF, precedent transactions, and comps), and conducting due diligence assessments.
• Work collaboratively with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Investment Banking (e.g., M&A advisory, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, or restructuring).
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA (Level I/II/III) or an MBA in Finance are advantageous but not necessary.
