The Lead Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, integration, and validation of complex automotive systems, ensuring seamless functionality and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include defining system requirements, developing architectural designs, and overseeing the implementation of hardware and software components for advanced automotive applications. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive electronics, control systems, software development processes (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262), and system integration methodologies. Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role. Proven expertise in system architecture design, requirements management, and V&V (Verification & Validation) processes. Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet), embedded systems, and software development lifecycles. Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles in automotive applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote engineering teams. Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept to production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
