Remote Lead Automotive Systems Engineer

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise in system architecture design, requirements management, and V&V (Verification & Validation) processes. Strong knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet), embedded systems, and software development lifecycles. Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity principles in automotive applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate remote engineering teams. Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept to production. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
