This position is based out of our operational hub in Houston, Texas, US , but offers complete remote work flexibility within the United States. You will play a pivotal role in advancing the state-of-the-art in NLP, driving groundbreaking research, and developing novel AI models and algorithms that power next-generation language understanding and generation capabilities. Your work will focus on areas such as large language models (LLMs), machine translation, sentiment analysis, question answering, and text summarization.

As a Principal Scientist, you will lead ambitious research projects, define research roadmaps, and publish your findings in top-tier scientific venues. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pioneering research in Natural Language Processing, focusing on areas like LLMs, NLU, NLG, machine translation, and information extraction. Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with a specialization in NLP. Minimum of 8 years of significant research experience in NLP post-Ph.D., demonstrated by a strong publication record in leading conferences and journals. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques for NLP. Proficiency with major deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and related technologies.
