Role Overview

We are seeking Quantitative Finance professionals to collaborate with our researchers to enhance the effectiveness of AI models. You will leverage your skills in quantitative modeling, statistical analysis, algorithmic development, and financial engineering to assess and improve AI systems. If you are passionate about solving intricate quantitative challenges and shaping the future of AI in finance, we encourage you to apply. No previous AI experience is necessary.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

  • Analyze LLM models concerning quantitative finance topics including stochastic modeling, derivatives pricing, statistical arbitrage, and risk quantification.
  • Develop criteria to evaluate model competencies for tasks such as options pricing, Monte Carlo simulations, factor models, and backtesting approaches.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to refine training techniques, assessment strategies, and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantitative Finance (e.g., quant trading, research, financial engineering, or risk assessment).
  • Strong expertise in stochastic calculus, statistical modeling, and derivatives pricing theory.
  • Exceptional English written communication skills.

  • Professional credentials such as CFA, FRM, CQF, a Ph.D. in a quantitative field, or an MBA in Finance.
