Kake Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to enhance data-informed decision-making. The role involves building scalable analytics solutions, transforming complex datasets into insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric to develop and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows
- Work closely with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling to support analytics use cases
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable business insights
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (including DAX and data modeling)
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Azure ecosystem tools (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R
- Experience in high-growth or tech-driven companies
- Understanding of data architecture and warehousing concepts
