Project Overview:
In your role as a Software Engineering evaluator, you will work on creating cutting-edge datasets for large language models. Your responsibilities will include curating code examples, delivering precise solutions, and ensuring optimal performance across the full stack, including Python for backend ML workflows and JavaScript (React, Node.js) for frontend development. You will also evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability, collaborating with teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Curate code examples and build solutions while correcting code across Python and JavaScript, with additional work in languages like C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
- Evaluate AI-generated code across backend and frontend contexts to ensure performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions and adhere to industry benchmarks.
- Develop agents to verify code quality and detect error patterns in full-stack applications.
- Engage in the software engineering cycle, analyzing model capabilities from prototyping to production.
- Design automatic verification mechanisms to enhance software engineering tasks.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Expertise in full-stack application development using Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js).
- Experience in deploying scalable, production-grade software.
- A deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and quality assessment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate evaluations clearly.
Engagement Details:
- Flexible engagement commitment: minimum 10 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week.
- Contractor position (no medical/paid leave).
- Initial duration of 1 month, with potential extensions based on performance.
- Candidates must be based in the United States.
