Location:

Remote - anywhere in the US

Responsibilities:

• The position can be based anywhere in the US and will report to our Manager, Production Planning, and Inventory Management

• Convert supply plan signals from the production planning process into optimal buying quantities for both raw and pack materials

• Coordinate with internal and external customers on production plans, inbounds, timing, and work through risk mitigation.

• Own Raw, Pack, and FG Master data; responsible for communication to 3PL and other downstream partners

• Monitor Raw and Pack ordering to maintain balance of service and cost (e.g. low PPV)

• Support a seamless end of month process including closing POs, goods receipts, inventory movements, complete all master data setup, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree

• 5+ years of Operations and Supply Chain experience, or related customer operations experience

• Experience with NetSuite, G-Suite, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.

• Strong Excel skills - must be comfortable analyzing and manipulating large data sets.

• Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and influential manner.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
