Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager in Lake Forest, IL with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field plus 5 years of related experience. Prior experience must include: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, data visualizations and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools including Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, SQL, R, Python, ETLs, database management and automation tools; Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on process management and continuous improvement; Ability to provide constructive feedback, advance talent development, and deliver results while upskilling team members; Strong relationship-building skills across the organization, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration; Being a proactive change management agent with a focus on continuous improvement and business acumen. Up to 40% remote work allowed.

Compensation: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $152,487 - $172,600 which reflects the potential base pay at the time of this posting. Base pay will depend on factors such as work location, relevant experience, and skills. Grainger reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
