Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As the Manager, Reporting & Analytics, you will oversee advanced analytics, executive reporting, and financial insights to drive strategic decision‐making for the Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) leadership. You will design and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor EPS priorities, financial performance, and operational KPIs. This role is accountable for providing actionable insights from financial and operational data to enhance efficiency, compliance, and investment outcomes.

What will you do?

Executive Reporting Development & Management

  • Design, implement, and manage executive reporting frameworks and dashboards to track EPS strategic priorities (e.g., PAR pipelines, budget utilization, infrastructure refresh cycles).
  • Build and maintain a robust analytics ecosystem to support leadership decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Standardize reporting templates and automate recurring deliverables to reduce manual effort.

Strategic Analytics & Insights

  • Deliver ad‑hoc analytics and serve as a subject matter expert in interpreting financial/operational data trends.
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for senior management, focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate EPS initiatives and portfolio health.

Financial & Budget Analysis

  • Support eBudget deep‑dive requests through data sourcing, analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of contracts, capital commitments, and financial activities to align with short‑ and long‑term goals.
  • Validate financial data integrity and resolve discrepancies with Finance and EPS teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand evolving objectives and refine reporting/analytics solutions.
  • Leverage internal/external data to identify performance improvement opportunities and benchmark against industry standards.

Process Optimization

  • Implement automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to streamline PAR tracking, budget planning, and reporting processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Data Science or equivalent experience in data analysis, financial modeling and reporting concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau certifications).
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics, budgeting processes and performance tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, SharePoint and data manipulation techniques.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights to support decision making.
  • Collaborative style with the ability to establish strong relationships and navigate various functions of the organization (i.e., various EPS teams, Supplier Relationship Management, Procurement, Legal).
  • Ability to develop and manage complex data models and dashboards.
  • Detail oriented and process driven, with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be highly agile to adjust to constant process changes.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in data analytics or visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau certifications).
  • Proficient with automation and workflow tools (e.g. Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of financial services industry including Technology Infrastructure.
