Job Summary

Leads in data auditing and utilizes expertise to develop and implement recommendations and processes.

Responsibilities

Data Exploration

Explores data within multiple files to determine trends, correlations and causal relations between variables

Recommends best practices or processes

Ad Hoc Reporting

Creates and manages complex ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build comprehensive reports with visualizations and insights

Client Management

Reaches out to client(s) to clarify requests

Makes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm report

Analytics Coaching

Explains data to clients and prepares them to present data and answer complex questions

Data Audit and Cleansing

May perform periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms

Leads follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy

Scheduled Reports

Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule

Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report

Customer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience)

Supports accounts with medium to high complexity

Qualifications

5+ years related experience preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred

Targeted pay range for this position by location:

Canada - Toronto Office (TRO): 112,000 - 162,000 CAD per year

United States - Dallas Infomart Office (DAI): 103,000 - 155,000 USD per year

Poland - Warsaw Office (WAO): 192,000 - 317,000 PLN per year

The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Base pay only; bonus, equity, and benefits are additional.
