Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a data science roadmap aligned with the investment.
- Identify and deliver high-impact analytical projects.
- Lead end-to-end development of advanced data models, ensuring data quality, governance, and accuracy throughout the process.
- Translate technical findings into compelling insights.
- Connect AI and data-driven models to practical, monetizable business applications.
- Take ownership of full-cycle AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support investment research.
- Conduct rigorous analyses to surface new investment ideas and test hypotheses through screening, back‑testing, and scenario modelling.
- Enhance data management standards, documentation, and access protocols to ensure auditability and consistency.
- Integrate advanced analytics techniques to support smarter and more timely decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data science or quantitative analytics.
- Familiarity with global AI and data industry developments and emerging opportunities.
- Strong command of data visualization.
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
