Research Engineer

A company is looking for a Research Engineer to join their Special Projects team. Key Responsibilities Conduct original research in spatial reasoning for residential construction, focusing on architectural structures and spatial relationships Design and implement LLM training and fine-tuning pipelines for construction domains, utilizing architectural drawings and building codes Develop RL-based approaches for generative architectural design and establish benchmarks for model performance in homebuilding tasks Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM development or applied ML systems Hands-on experience with model training frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers and PyTorch Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases Experience in 3D modeling, computational geometry, or computer graphics A Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
