A company is looking for a Research Engineer focused on reinforcement learning. Key Responsibilities Build training infrastructure and reward pipelines from scratch Fine-tune models to achieve state-of-the-art results in web data extraction Bridge LLM agents and classical RL techniques to improve agent workflows Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in applied reinforcement learning or ML engineering Proven ability to build training infrastructure and reward models independently Experience in fine-tuning models to achieve best-in-class performance Fluency in both classical RL methods and modern LLM techniques Experience deploying models in production environments
