Job Description
Leads the DataOps Team in leveraging modern data practices and advanced technologies to manage and optimize data workflows. Ensures the availability and stability of analytics platforms and tools, supporting the organization’s stability of analytics platforms and tools, and the system becoming a more integrated, data-informed, and analytics-driven healthcare organization. Partners with team and business partners to prioritize tasks, requests, and projects. Mentors and collaborates with team members on DevOps practices to implement process improvements, optimizations, and governance during all stages of the analytics development lifecycle.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting DevOps practices, including utilizing source control, the automation of tasks, and infrastructure as code
- 3+ years of experience supporting data and analytics platforms (e.g., QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, R Studio, etc.)
- Experience supporting full implementation of SDLC including code repositories, branching strategies, process automation, and change control best‑practices
- Experience with application and data architecture, scripting languages, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle), operating systems, and cloud-based technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Qlik products in a large-scale enterprise environment including Qlik Management Console (QMC), Qlik Sense Site Administration, and access control modeling
- Experience using Azure DevOps or related DevOps tools
- Certification in DevOps practices (e.g., Microsoft Certification: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert | AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent technical training and experience

- Experience supporting and administering on‑premises and cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, R Studio, etc.)

- Ability to research, recommend, and pilot tools and process changes to drive quality and efficiency across the development lifecycle
