Research Manager, University Recruiting

A company is looking for a Research Manager, University Recruiting Syndicated Research. Key Responsibilities: Lead research studies from concept through final deliverable, including framing research questions and synthesizing findings into actionable insights Design and execute research approaches, including qualitative interviews and surveys, to explore emerging questions in early career recruiting Develop research deliverables, such as reports and toolkits, that translate findings into clear narratives and frameworks for members Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in market research or consulting, preferably in HR or talent acquisition Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research projects while maintaining organization and analytical rigor Experience designing and executing research studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies Strong qualitative research skills, including conducting interviews and analyzing complex information Ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative insights to develop well-supported conclusions
