A quickly growing biotechnology company is looking for a talented Cellular & Molecular Biologist to support ongoing drug development programs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to dynamic research initiatives in a collaborative and scientifically rigorous environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior staff in executing and analyzing experiments in pipeline development.
- Conduct assays including qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry and plate-based assays.
- Conduct neurobiological and biohistochemical assays.
- Stem cell culture and differentiation.
- Collect, analyze, and present in vivo electrophysiology system data.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Neuroscience, Biology, Molecular Biology or related field +1-3 years of research experience.
- Detailed knowledge of electrophysiological techniques.
- Proficiency in molecular techniques such as qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry and plate-base assays.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture, stem cell culture and differentiation is a plus.
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
