Research Scientist - VLM Specialist

A company is looking for a Research Scientist - VLM Generalist. Key Responsibilities Design and fine-tune large-scale VLMs / LLMs for multimodal tasks Build efficient training and evaluation pipelines for model development Conduct in-depth analysis of model performance and collaborate across teams Required Qualifications PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Robotics, or Computer Graphics Proven track record in fine-tuning or training large-scale VLMs / LLMs Strong engineering mindset with experience in designing and scaling training systems Deep understanding of multimodal alignment and representation learning Hands-on experience with PyTorch, DeepSpeed, or Ray in distributed training
