A company is looking for an AI Research Scientist. Key Responsibilities Lead research to evaluate and enhance the safety, trustworthiness, and alignment of AI systems Develop and validate scalable evaluation frameworks aligned with standards like NIST AI RMF Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Responsible AI practices into the development lifecycle Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in centralized Data & AI teams with a focus on AI governance and compliance Expertise in machine learning, AI alignment, or Responsible AI research Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems Strong background in behavioral science or computational linguistics Proven track record of publishing research in AI safety, ethics, or alignment
