Job Description

We are looking for a retail media enthusiast eager to grow in digital marketing. Previous experience at an agency or client-side. You are motivated, keen to learn, and passionate about making a difference. We value a data geek who transforms numbers into compelling narratives and tangible outcomes. While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone committed to continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon)

• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets

• Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimising, and reporting

• Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights

• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives

• Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience working in retail media, preferably in an agency setting

• Soft skills familiar with agency, attention to detail, and Excel/Google Sheets experience. Executives will be focused on daily pacing, campaign creation, optimizing, reporting, and any ad hoc requests and data pulls.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience with the ability to produce high-quality documents
