About the role

Original posting from Roboflow via Ashby

WHO WE ARE

Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.

We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells https://blog.roboflow.com/cancer-research-computer-vision/ to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety https://blog.roboflow.com/preventing-accidents-on-construction-sites-with-computer-vision/, digitizing floor plans https://blog.roboflow.com/floor-plan-analysis-computer-vision/, preserving coral reef populations https://blog.roboflow.com/reefos-supercharging-coral-reef-restoration-with-ai/, guiding drone flight https://blog.roboflow.com/georeferencing-drone-videos/, and much more https://roboflow.com/templates.

Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over 63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors.

Roboflowers are passionate builders who value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action. We're curious, hands-on with new tech, and prefer showing our work over talking about it. Many of us have a founder mindset and thrive in our high-autonomy environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re hiring a RevOps Analyst / Sr. Salesforce Administrator to support and extend our go-to-market systems, reporting into the Business Infrastructure Lead - working hand-in-hand with our business operations stakeholders, sales team, and key collaborators across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: you’ll help implement, customize, and scale Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack - Outreach, Enrichment Platforms and more, while also building custom tooling and AI-powered workflows where off-the-shelf solutions fall short.

You won’t be the owner of Salesforce architecture, but you will be a critical builder across Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems, turning strategy and designs into working systems and filling gaps with custom solutions.

  • Build and extend Salesforce functionality under the direction of Business Infrastructure team (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects)
  • Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools
  • Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting beyond standard Salesforce features
  • Facilitate the variable compensation program by providing data quality and management support
  • Design and maintain reports and dashboards across Salesforce and connected tools to surface pipeline health, rep activity, and GTM performance for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Empower end users to build their own reports and dashboards through templates, enablement, and folder/permission structures that balance self-service with data consistency
  • Own day-to-day data hygiene across Salesforce and connected GTM systems including deduplication, field standardization, ownership cleanup, and bulk list uploads for marketing campaigns, and sales prospecting
  • Serve as the first line of defense for end user support including lead routing and assignment issues troubleshooting, round-robin logic, and SLA misses, and partnering with Marketing Ops to resolve enrichment or scoring gaps that block conversion
  • Help design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., deal scoring, risk detection, activity summarization)
  • Partner closely with Sales Stakeholders, Ops, and Engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions

  • Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and non-trivial business logic
  • Practical understanding of GTM concepts: product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning and administration
  • Experience working across an ecosystem of GTM tools including communication platforms, enrichment platforms, quoting tools, CLMs, e-signature platforms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Level 1 certification or higher
