As we expand into a thrilling new domain, we are focused on training AI Assistant models to become valuable resources for finance professionals. We are looking for experienced finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA+) who can leverage their expertise to shape how AI interprets financial principles and decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your academic background and practical experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to identify strengths and weaknesses in their reasoning.
• Provide structured and clear feedback to improve each iteration of the AI model.

To thrive in this position, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related field. A Master’s or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred. Ideal backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the AI chatbots with a variety of complex scenarios and evaluate their responses.
• Assess the quality and performance of AI models for accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance management reasoning exercises.
• A current, in progress, or completed Master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
